After the eggs and pendants / charms are formed they are colored with a brilliant enamel that is 'fired' on to ensure a lifetime of beauty. Unlike some eggs that are not truly Russian, our eggs will never discolor. After the coloring stage the eggs are detailed by hand with genuine Russian crystals and finally the decorations are applied. Some of these pendants open and some of them are solid (see picture).
