This brightly colored 5 piece Russian matryoshka nesting doll is hand carved and hand painted.  It has 3 different Santas, a snowman with a red scarf and a little tree. This Santa is painted with burgundy and red paint, and is highlighted with gold metallic paint and is highlighted with gold glitter. All our Russian nesting dolls are made of Linden wood and is hand painted in Sergei Posad, Russia. The largest doll is just over 6.5 inches tall and the smallest is approximately 1.75 inches tall - and all 5 pieces "nest" or stack inside each other!
