This hand crafted Russian pill box and is the perfect size for a purse or for traveling - and can be used for pills, mints, or even earrings. The scene is from a famous Russian Fairy Tale - THE PURSUIT OF THE GOLDEN BIRD. The scene is printed and then placed by hand onto the top of the metal pill box (Please note - the scene is not hand painted). The pill box has two compartments for two types of pills or mints and also has a mirror on the inside of the lid.  This pill box is approximately 1.75 inches across.
